Payment will be through Stripe or PayPal invoice OR via e-transfer (for Canadians only) in Canadian dollars.

I must receive full payment before I can start the commission.

Invoice will be issued once I'm ready to start your commission

Any incurring or remaining costs must be paid before the release of the completed piece (see Process section for details on potential incurred cost)

I will work on commissions in the order I receive them to the best of my ability.

Commissions will be completed within 30 days of receiving payment unless otherwise specified in writing.

I will inform you if it cannot be completed within that timeframe before the end of the 30 day period.

If you need it completed by a specific date, please message me before submitting an order.

Coloured visual references are required: I will not do commissions based on written description alone. Inspiration image boards/faceclaims/dollmakers are acceptable.

Our correspondence will be through e-mail: this includes process pictures, revisions etc. unless requested otherwise.

I will send over the sketch for approval before moving on to the completed piece. (Experimental tier excepted)

I will inform you of when I will send a status update on my progress at each stage: if you do not hear from me within that timeframe, feel free to reach out for follow up.

You will receive 2 rounds of revisions for your commission, after which I will charge an additional $10 CAD for each round of revisions, invoiced through Stripe before the release of the finalized piece.

I will not make any major changes (such as posing or composition) after the sketch stage is complete.

If the commission is cancelled before I have started, the amount paid will be refunded.

If the commission is cancelled and I have already started drawing the commission, the paid amount will not be refunded.

All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only. If you are looking to commission a commercial piece (this includes branding, publication material, merchandising), please contact me and we can negotiate terms and pricing.

The commissioned work cannot be sold or used as a non-fungible token (NFT) or anything in the form of block-chain technology. The work cannot be used in any AI training models.

Unless otherwise specified, you will receive only a digital copy of the commissioned work, however you are free to print a personal copy for yourself.

I may post the commission on my social media, but please let me know if you would prefer otherwise.

Unless I give explicit permission, the commissioned work cannot be uploaded to public galleries if I have not uploaded it already (this includes posting the image on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook etc). In all cases, you must link back to my social media or website stating that I am the creator.

I retain the rights to the artwork created and may include it in my professional portfolio in the future, but will claim no intellectual right to the character(s) depicted.
